How to Use the New Membership Portal
Hello NDAMP members, fans and soon-to-be members! We have some important changes regarding this website and the convention registration process. In order to keep better track of membership renewals and create member-only spaces on this website, we’ve implemented a new software that requires you to log into your account before you can sign up for convention.
If you paid member dues in 2025, you have been imported into the membership portal using the email of your primary contact person. Please use that email to request a new password on our login page: https://ndamp.org/member-login/#signin
If you aren’t sure what email that is, please send us an email at ndampconvention@gmail.com and we will find it for you.
If you’d rather start a new profile with a completely different email, feel free to sign up as a ‘new’ member here: https://ndamp.org/membership/
Each member account can include multiple email addresses, allowing access for your employees and/or coworkers. You add these people under “Additional” on the account management page (see below). You will access the account management page automatically by signing up for membership, or by going to the “Manage Your Account” page if you’re already logged in (see upper left corner on desktop, or “Manage Your Account” on mobile.
Each additional person will log in with their own email and password. To set a new password, simply click on “Forgot password” and a new one will be emailed to you.
When you’re logged in as an “Additional” contact, you will see your parent account/primary membership holder here:
Convention Registration
Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll see the convention registration forms at the bottom of this page: https://ndamp.org/2026-ndamp-convention-registration/
You must be logged in and have an active membership in good standing to access the convention registration forms. Because we do not accept online payments, we offer a 30-day grace period that allows you to mail a check for your membership dues while still accessing members-only pages on this website, including convention registration. If you’re joining and registering at the same time, you’re welcome to send one check that covers both your membership and convention registration.
