ABOUT CONVENTION
Attention meat processors, grocery store owners, educators, ranchers, students and meat lovers! We’re excited to announce our 2025 convention will be held May 2-3, 2025 in Bismarck, ND. We’re extending this year’s conference invitations to any and all people who love meat and want to support the industry across our great state.
This year we will have keynote speakers, a product show, a bags tournament, a banquet, plant tour, and more. We will be stacking this two-day event with helpful and entertaining opportunities. Sign up today!

SPEAKER LINEUP
We’ve got a solid speaker lineup that includes industry leaders across the state and country who will cover many of the issues facing small and medium sized meat processors today. Read their bios at the link below.
About the venue
The convention will be held at the Bismarck Hotel & Conference Center. We have a block of rooms available to book starting Thursday, May 1st. Reservations may be made directly with the hotel at 701-660-8063.
