NDAMP 2026 CONVENTION VENDOR TRADESHOW
Setup Time: Friday, May 1, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- All booths must be fully set up by 2:00 PM on Friday
Tradeshow Hours:
Friday, May 1: 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, May 2: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Teardown Time: 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM on Saturday, May 2nd
PLEASE READ ALL INFO BELOW
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
If you plan on shipping anything to the venue for your tradeshow booth, please read these instructions:
- Packages may arrive at the hotel no earlier than 7 days prior to the event. Shipments sent earlier cannot be accepted.
- Clearly label all packages with: “NDAMP Convention”, Company Name and On-Site Contact Name to ensure proper delivery and easy identification.
- Please note, the Holiday Inn team is unable to assist with unloading packages directly from delivery trucks.
- A forklift is available to help move packages to Embassy A & B. Please notify us by April 24th If your shipment will require a forklift by sending us an email to ndampconvention@gmail.com
- For return shipments, packages must include a prepaid shipping label and a scheduled carrier pickup time.
- If you are shipping materials to the Holiday Inn, please notify us via email at ndampconvention@gmail.com by the 27th.

BOOTH & SETUP INFORMATION

POWER & EQUIPMENT
Power is available at all booths; however, please bring your own extension cords, as on-site supply may be limited.
BOOTH SETUP
1 booth is equal to an 8 ft table with two chairs. If you registered for more than one booth, you’ll have multiple tables. There will be pipe and drape separating each Vendor spot.
