THE DETAILS
Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026
Time: 10am-4:30pm, lunch is included!
Location: NDSU Meat Lab Located In the Peltier Complex (1300 18th St. N Fargo, ND 58105)
RULES + EXPECTATIONS
- You MUST wear closed-toe shoes in the meat lab
- We will have smocks/frocks available for you to use, otherwise you can bring your own
- Bring all materials listed below
WHAT TO BRING
- Bring 5 pounds of your favorite spice kit/seasoning mix for pork
- Each participants is responsible for bringing their own knives
- A frock/apron if you’d like to wear your own
- A healthy level of competition 👀
